Kid's name * Write your kid's name exactly as you like it to be printed. Short names & double names are preferred. You can use abbreviations as: A. or M. The name can't be changed after confirming the order.

Kid's photo * Upload a high resolution photo for the kid's face. You can upload upto 3 photos & we will choose only one to be printed. We are not responsible for the quality of any low resolution photos uploaded by the client.

Additional data on rectangular keychain * Do you like to print additional data on the rectangular keychain?	Yes No
Additional data on rectangular keychain * You can write data such as: school name, grade, class. If you leave it empty, the kid's name is only printed by default.
